Aaron Sorvig was born and raised in Thief River Falls, MN. The oldest of 4 boys, Aaron was a three-sport athlete in high school playing both football and basketball, and running track. After high school, Aaron attended the University of North Dakota where he obtained his B.S. in Physical Therapy along with a Psychology minor, and later his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. After college, Aaron moved to St. Cloud, MN where he practiced for 10 years in a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic treating a variety of patients with general orthopedic conditions. Aaron also specialized in casting/fabrication of orthotics as well as treatment of patients with vestibular/balance impairments. Aaron’s interest in sports/fitness has continued throughout the years, and has competed in 2 triathlons, 1 duathlon, and 2 half marathons. Hunting, fishing and the outdoors also continue to be a big part of his life.
Aaron married his wife Kristin, a West Fargo native, in 2013 and 2 years later were presented with an opportunity to move to Fargo to be closer to family and friends. Aaron is excited to be a part of the Fargo/Moorhead community and Rehab authority team, where he strives to provide the best physical therapy possible to the people of the Red River Valley.
