Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota.
Amy has experience working in public school settings, hospital settings and private practices. She also works as a speech therapist and supervisor at Elks Camp Grassick. She enjoys collaborating with parents and families to allow her to be successful with the treatment of all her patients. She especially enjoys working with children that have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, and language delays. She also enjoys social language, narrative language, and augmentative and alternative communication.
Amy has had additional training in intervention for autism, narrative language, phonological disorders, and visual phonics. She has advanced training and certifications in PROMPT, SOS Feeding, and Beckman Oral Motor.
